Project Description
In this project, we collaborated with Laarvee to introduce the PEA001 ‘Emerald’, a limited-edition timepiece released in only 100 units worldwide. Conceived as the precursor to the ‘ICE’, the project set the foundation for a series of collectible watches defined by storytelling, rarity, and craftsmanship.
The client’s objective was to create a bold and distinctive identity for this release, positioning the ‘Emerald’ as both a luxury object and an immersive experience. Featuring a stainless steel construction, a Japanese Miyota automatic movement, and a unique black and green bezel paired with a custom monogram dial, the watch required a creative direction that emphasized both its technical precision and its symbolic value as a “precious gemstone.”
Our approach was to build a dark and mysterious universe, highlighting the inner mechanics of the watch while integrating rich emerald tones and textures throughout the visual narrative. We revealed the timepiece from the inside out, showcasing its components as if they were rare elements forged in a hidden environment. We worked across world-building, storytelling, branding, marketing, and product development including the colorway and prototyping to ensure a cohesive and immersive experience. The result is a striking and collectible piece that blends horology, design, and narrative into a singular identity.
